Expand into new states with a Virtual Place of Business
VPPOB.com gives Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho sellers a genuine commercial business address in states where they have no office — with the marketplace warehouse added as your APOB. One package, from ₹7,000/year.
What is a VPPOB, and why do sellers need one?
To store inventory or sell from a state, marketplaces require a valid business address there — a genuine place of business in that state.
Virtual Place of Business
A VPPOB is a genuine commercial premises made available to you under a valid agreement, so you can establish a business address in a state where you don't have your own office.
Additional Place of Business
An APOB is another location tied to your business — typically the Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or quick-commerce fulfilment centre where your stock will actually be held.
Why it matters
Together, a VPPOB and APOB let you establish a presence and inbound to a marketplace warehouse in a new state — without renting your own office there.
What expanding to more states unlocks
A local business address lets you place inventory closer to buyers — which changes how marketplaces rank and deliver your listings.
Sell across more states
A business address in each state lets you stock inventory locally, list in more pincodes and reach buyers you cannot serve from a single state today.
Access 100+ fulfilment centres
Once your new-state address is set up, we add marketplace warehouses as your Additional Place of Business so you can inbound to Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and quick-commerce FCs.
Faster delivery promises
Inventory closer to the customer means shorter delivery timelines and better badge eligibility on the marketplaces you already sell on.
Lower logistics cost & returns
Regional fulfilment cuts long-haul shipping legs, which typically brings down both freight cost and return-to-origin volumes.
VPOB + APOB across 17 states
Get and manage business addresses across the states where Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce fulfilment centres are concentrated — all in one engagement.
How it works
Steps 1–3 are handled by our team. Step 4 is yours.

We do thisYour address & documentation
Our team sets up your Virtual Principal Place of Business address for the new state and hands over the complete documentation kit, and sets up your APOB in the same engagement.
We do thisVerification support
We provide local, on-ground assistance through any premises verification, and follow up until your address paperwork is fully in place.
We do thisInbound to the warehouse
With your address and APOB in place, you send stock to the marketplace or 3PL warehouse and start selling from that state.
You do thisNot all VPOB providers are the same
The premises and paperwork behind a VPOB decide whether your setup is accepted or fails at verification. Here's how we compare.
| What to check | VPPOB.com | Typical providers |
|---|---|---|
| Premises used for VPOB | Commercial office space controlled by us and reserved for ecommerce sellers | Space sub-let from third-party landlords, shared with unrelated businesses |
| Documentation | Notarised, legally executed premises agreements prepared for each state | Plain stamp-paper agreements that often fail at verification |
| Pricing | From ₹7,000/year — address setup and APOB addition included in one package | Lower headline price, with address setup and APOB addition charged separately |
| On-ground support | In-house teams deployed locally for verification visits and paperwork | Documents handed over; the rest is your responsibility from there |
| Scope | Ecommerce sellers only, so premises stay clean of unrelated red flags | All business types accepted at the same address |
| If setup can't be completed | Full refund if we are unable to provide a workable address and documentation | Part-refund with deductions, or no refund at all |

Common questions
Everything sellers usually ask before starting a VPOB + APOB setup.
What is a VPPOB (Virtual Principal Place of Business)?
A VPPOB is a genuine commercial premises made available to you under a valid agreement, so you can establish a business address in a state where you do not have your own office. You receive the address and the supporting premises documentation; it is not a physical workspace to sit in.
How is an APOB different from a VPPOB?
Your VPPOB is your primary business address in that state. An Additional Place of Business (APOB) is any further location tied to your business — most commonly the Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or quick-commerce fulfilment centre where your stock will actually sit. Both are needed before a marketplace will accept your inventory in that state.
Is a virtual office arrangement legitimate?
Yes. A virtual office is a standard commercial arrangement used by businesses everywhere. Ours is backed by a genuine commercial premises, a properly executed agreement, a no-objection letter from the owner and current utility proof — a complete, verifiable documentation set that we prepare for you.
How long does setup take?
Documentation is usually completed within 2–4 working days of receiving your KYC. Any on-site premises verification is handled with local support. Your APOB is set up alongside your address in the same engagement.
What does it cost?
Plans start from ₹7,000 per year per state, which covers the VPPOB premises, the full documentation kit and the APOB addition. Any state-specific third-party charges (such as agreement stamping in certain states) are billed separately at actuals. You receive a written quote before any payment.
What documents do I need to provide?
For a proprietorship: PAN, address proof, photograph and a cancelled cheque. For a partnership: the above for the partner plus the partnership deed. For a private limited company: the above for the director plus the company's incorporation documents, board resolution and an authorised-signatory letter.
What happens if setup can't be completed?
We work through any premises or verification issue and re-do the paperwork at no additional service charge. If we are ultimately unable to provide a workable address and documentation for your chosen state, you are eligible for a full refund of our service fee under our refund policy.
