6. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. We will then stop processing your personal data unless another lawful basis applies. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
7. Children's data
We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not carry out tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.
8. Personal data breaches
In the event of a personal data breach, we will take prompt remedial action and, where required by the DPDP Act, notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Processors and transfers
We use trusted processors — for example Zoho (enquiry-form and customer-management) and Vercel (website hosting) — under appropriate safeguards, and only permit processing consistent with this notice and applicable law.
